Girbau's growing activity in expodetergo

Expodetergo 2014, held inMilan, was a great success for Girbau, both in terms of the number of visitors and of the operations that were finalised at the trade fair.

The Girbau Group’s Sales, marketing and service vice-president, Toni Rubiés, insists that "we are extremely satisfied, both by the new contacts forged and by the customers who have come to discover the innovations we are presenting. A number of major operations have been completed and customers have confirmed to us that our clear commitment to energy efficiency and productivity is an excellent choice."

Another of the arguments that the group strengthened during the fair was their wide range of products that makes it possible to equip laundries of every type and size anywhere in the world. In this sense, during Expodetergo Girbau announced an agreement with Lavatec, enabling their product ranges to be completed with products manufactured by the other company – Lavatec industrial products manufactured for Girbau and vice versa.

Visitors welcomed the commitment to energy efficiency with innovations such as the new PC80 flatwork ironer, the DRB feeder, the new RMS/RMG series range of washing machines, the HS6024 washing machine, the ST1300 dryer and all the innovations aimed at the vended sector, which benefit both end users and the owners of self service laundries.

Girbau presented Hidrodrain, the new range of drain valves for washing machines, manufactured by Girbau, which avoids the problems of leakage. Hidrodrain comes onto the market with a warranty of 3 years or 200,000 valve cycles. "Working with quality components with a warranty is essential for ensuring the reliability of our equipment. Our customers deserve nothing less” adds Rubiés.

Expodetergo also became a meeting point for the Girbau Group international team, which worked to attend to visitors of each area based on geographical and cultural proximity.
