Under the slogan "Shaping up to face new challenges", the 1st Girbau After-Sales Convention - Iberia 2010 was held at Girbau’s headquarters in Vic. This was a three-day event (June 15th, 16th and 17th) which brought together the authorised technical services from Spain and Portugal.
The main focus of this first convention was the strengthening of the customer service and relations model via the after-sales area.
The convention was an opportunity to set out the strategic lines of the service model to be followed and promoted, with customer service and quality as a sole objective.
It was an opportunity to share experiences, to identify needs and areas for improvement, as well as outlining the most important challenges in the medium and long-term.
These intense days of work have highlighted the technical soundness of the human teams that provide the services, with a homogeneous methodology and with a common spirit of not only providing solutions but offering commitments to service, because the success of our customers is ultimately our own success.
