SALES EXCELLENCE & CRM ANALYST

We are looking for a Sales Excellence & CRM Analyst to join our Commercial area at our offices in Vic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce: users, profiles, workflows, automations, dashboards, and data quality protocols.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with IT and Sales teams, ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver real commercial impact.
  • Explore and integrate emerging technologies (AI, intelligent automation) to enhance commercial processes and CRM data utilization.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce training and onboarding programs for regional BDMs (APAC, EMEA, Americas). Create supporting materials.
  • Define, monitor, and report the key KPIs of the Sales Excellence program (pipeline conversion, win rate, pricing compliance, product coverage, etc.).
  • Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) reports with actionable insights for the commercial leadership team.
  • Act as first-level CRM support, driving adoption through monitoring and corrective actions.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) will be considered an asset.
  • Fluent Catalan and Spanish are required, as well as a professional level of English (needed for communication with regional teams).
