MECHANICAL VERIFICATION

We are looking for a Mechanical Verification, reporting to the Business Excellence Area, in Vic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality of bending, welding, ferrous component handling, and painting processes, guaranteeing compliance with the defined guidelines and standards.
  • Manage quality documentation through SAP, including the generation of monitoring reports, deviations, and non-conformity records.
  • Carry out dimensional measurement and verification of in-house and supplier parts using 3D measuring equipment.
    Define and maintain quality guidelines from prototyping through serial production, ensuring robust industrialization and proper transfer tom operations.

Education & Professional Experience

  • Higher Vocational Training Qualification (CFGS) in Mechanics or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles is required, preferably in industrial environments or quality control departments.
  • Professional with vocational training in Mechanics or equivalent, with a solid technical background and a strong quality-oriented mindset in industrial environments.
  • Schedule flexibility will be valued.

Core Competencies

Technical knowledge and skills:

  • Sheet metal processes: cutting, bending, punching and welding.
  • Industrial painting processes.
  • Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
  • Control plans and inspection guidelines.
  • Knowledge and use of 3D measuring machines.
  • Organizational and documentation management skills (SAP, reports, treaceability).
  • Good command of Office software tools (Excel, Word, and data processing tools).
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Quality and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and cross-functional coordination.
  • Flexibility in working hours is valued.
