INSIDE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

At Girbau, we are looking for a Inside Sales Administrator to join our team in Vic.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to customers to promote the acquisition and renewal of preventive maintenance contracts.
• Handle and manage service requests, registering and tracking them through the Field Service application.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations for spare parts and repairs.
• Manage material and spare parts orders for the technical team, coordinating supply and delivery.
• Invoice technical and maintenance services, ensuring accurate administrative processing.
• Monitor quotations and orders, maintaining smooth communication with customers and internal departments.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and technical service teams in their day-to-day activities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customers, contracts, quotations, and documentation related to after-sales activities.

Education & Professional Experience

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration or equivalent, with practical knowledge of SAP and Salesforce. Additional training related to administrative management, operations, or digital tools will be considered an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within technical, industrial, or service environments, including experience in invoicing, document management, and supplier and customer relations.
