We are hiring a SERVICES LEAD GENERATION & DATA ANALYTICS professional to join the Services Unit at Girbau Headquarters, located in Vic (Barcelona).
Develop and implement lead generation strategies for services, using both digital and traditional channels.
Collect, analyze, and interpret market and sales data to identify new growth opportunities.
Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases of potential customers.
Design and oversee marketing automation campaigns focused on lead acquisition.
Produce marketing content to promote services, solutions, and digital offerings.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer pipeline.
Deliver regular performance reports on campaigns and propose continuous improvement actions.
Identify market trends and recommend data-driven strategic initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Additional training in Lead Generation and Data Analytics will be considered a plus.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Power BI, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Previous experience in strategic marketing within industrial companies, preferably with a servitization focus, is a plus.
Advanced level of English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proactive, analytical professional with strong organizational and time-management skills, and a clear customer- and results-oriented mindset.
