Area Business Leader

We are seeking an Area Business Leader to join the Industrial Division team at Girbau Headquarters in Vic, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the sales activities of the industrial team.
Develop and execute the commercial action plan.
Manage the international sales team.
Identify and monitor new business opportunities.
Define the marketing and communication actions required to achieve Industrial Division objectives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration within the industrial team to identify and communicate market needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Lead deal closures and negotiate projects.
Identify and communicate market requirements and trends.

Education & Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent; advanced education in Industrial Engineering is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of the industrial laundry sector, project management, and key account management.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to travel 15–20% of the time.
