PROGRAMMER

Programmer

We are seeking a Programmer to join the Industrial Division at Girbau Headquarters, located in Vic, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

Join the specialized industrial technical team to provide support to customers, regional offices, and distributors.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of industrial projects.
Collaborate in preparing cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
Perform corrective maintenance interventions when issues cannot be resolved locally.
Conduct technical audit visits for key industrial customers.
Manage technical incidents and provide remote (phone-based) technical support.

Education & Professional Experience

Technical degree (CFGS) in Electronics or equivalent.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is a plus; PLC programming skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Basic knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven background as a field technician in industrial environments, with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel internationally 30–40% of the time.
