We are committed to cutting virgin plastic use by 50% by 2040, replacing materials with recycled alternatives and implementing circular solutions across packaging and logistics. This is another step toward a laundry industry that is sustainable, resource-efficient, and environmentally responsible.
Today, 32% of the energy consumed at our production centers comes from on-site photovoltaic generation. We continue to expand the use of renewable energy as a core part of our climate strategy.

Girbau operates an on-site supported employment program in Vic that promotes the inclusion of people with functional diversity. TAC Osona currently employs 507 people with disabilities, including 146 placed in mainstream companies, and Girbau is proud to be one of the 16 companies in Osona where this model is implemented.
