SERVICE TECHNICIAN VIC

We are seeking a Service Technician to join the team at the Industrial Division, in VIC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, subsidiaries, and distributors.
  • Participate in project installation and commissioning teams.
  • Contribute to the preparation of repair quotations.
  • Carry out corrective maintenance interventions when issues cannot be resolved locally.
  • Conduct technical audit visits for key industrial customers.
  • Provide telephone support and troubleshoot customer issues.

Education & Professional Experience

  • We are looking for a professional with a Higher Vocational Training qualification (CFGS) in Electromechanics or an equivalent field, with a solid technical background and preferably knowledge of electronics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • A good working knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of French will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for document and process management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
