SAT CATALONIA COORDINATOR

As Catalonia Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Coordinator, you will join the Spain Subsidiary team, taking on the following key duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate techincal teams in commercial and industrial operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact and reference for Official Technical Services in the Catalonia Region.
  • Manage and coordinate the administrative team, ensuring process efficiency and achievement of objectives.
  • Provide customer support, handling service requests and communicating the status of interventions.
  • Record work reports, intervention times, spare parts used, and the results of completed service activities.
  • Control the inventory of spare parts and consumables, managing internal procurement requests.
  • Coordinate and maintain smooth communication with sales, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and optimizing processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Organize and coordinate travel and field visits for the technical team, especially within the Industrial area.

Education & Professional Experience

  • We are looking for a professional with a technical background, preferably holding a University Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Alternatively, candidates with a Higher Vocational Training Qualification in fields such as ASIR, DAM, DAW, Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation and Industrial Robotics, or Industrial Maintenance will also be considered, complemented by experience in technical, industrial, or service environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in team coordination and in the field of technical support or machinery maintenance is required.
  • Schedule flexibility will be valued.
