The Solution
Girbau installed a complete laundry system, including five HS6110 washers, one PC120 flatwork ironer, one FL-Lite folder and also one AP-Lite stacker.
This solution ensures maximum efficiency, optimal fabric care, and a significant reduction in environmental impact.

Operational Efficiency
Girbau’s advanced laundry equipment significantly reduces water and electricity consumption, helping the hotel lower operating costs without compromising high cleaning standards. The HS6110 washers, with their high-speed spin (1,000 rpm) and 400G extraction force, minimize residual moisture, resulting in shorter drying times and lower energy consumption. The PC120 flatwork ironer improves productivity, while the FL-Lite folder and the AP-Lite stacker streamline linen handling, reducing manual workload.
Training and ongoing technical support have also been key to the success of the laundry operation. Girbau’s team has provided continuous training to laundry staff, ensuring optimal machine use and effective preventive maintenance. This has led to greater efficiency, extended equipment lifespan, and an overall improvement in workflow.
