MClean processes a wide variety of textiles, from bed sheets and pillowcases to towels and table linens. Their priority was to maintain quality in every item while improving production and efficiency, especially in sheet ironing.

With a growing demand from hotels requiring flawless linen and high-quality standards, MClean needed a solution that would increase productivity without compromising the excellence of garment finishing. It was crucial to have an ironing system combining speed, versatility, and control.
The Solution
MClean installed a Girbau ironing line composed of DRE, PC120, and FR+, providing robustness, versatility, and high performance. The system allows operators to adjust the machine according to the type of garment and monitor performance in real time thanks to the integrated screens at each station. This ensures that production remains optimal at all times.

With the new installation, MClean operators can adjust the feeder depending on the type of garment, including four-way mode for pillowcases. This flexibility ensures that each garment receives optimal treatment, guaranteeing a flawless finish and streamlining daily workflow.

The ironing speed of up to 40 meters per minute, combined with the ability to make longitudinal and transverse folds and stack with two different outputs, has increased productivity without compromising quality.
