The laundry needed to process textiles from guests, restaurants, spa, and staff 24/7, maintaining the highest quality and fabric care in a high-demand operation.

Girbau supplied a comprehensive laundry system, including HS6057, HS6040, and HS6023 washers, multiple dryers, and a PSP5132 flatwork ironer, ensuring high efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and outstanding textile care.

Equipment designed for high volumes
The resort’s 254 rooms and 47 lodges generate a constant flow of bedding and towels, including bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, and bath mats, with three complete sets per room always available.
The 167 king-size and 174 standard rooms require frequent changes of sheets and pillowcases. The world-class spa adds delicate textiles such as additional towels and covers for treatment beds, while the five restaurants demand pristine table linen daily. Over 600 staff uniforms add to the enormous daily textile volume that must be managed without interruption.
High speed and customization
In 2011, the resort upgraded its laundry with HS6057, HS6040, and HS6023 washers, additional dryers, and the PSP5132 flatwork ironer. The washers feature customizable programs for different fabrics, ensuring deep cleaning and long-lasting durability. Low-energy dryers reduce drying time without damaging fibers, and the ironer and presses provide a perfect finish for bedding, towels, and uniforms.
During peak season, from March to November, the machines operate at 90% capacity, demonstrating the robustness and reliability of Girbau equipment in continuous, high-demand operations.
