SERVICE TECHNICIAN DEUTSCHLAND

We are seeking a Service Technician to join the team at Girbau Deutschland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform service and warranty work at customer sites
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of new machines and existing systems
  • Technical support for our customers and service partners
  • Manage partners in the external service network
  • Document all service activities in the CRM system
  • Support sales projects and working closely with the sales team
  • Actively participate in the development and expansion of the service department

Education & Professional Experience

  • Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electromechanical technician, electrician, or electronics technician
  • Good electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge
  • Good German and English skills
