PRODUCT MANAGER
As Product Manager, you will join the Commercial Area, taking on the following key duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer solution projects, from requirements gathering through implementation, coordinating with the customer and internal teams.
- Manage relationships with OEM suppliers and technology partners, coordinating technical development, quality and commercial matters.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the sales network and distributors on solution projects and enquiries.
- Develop value propositions and solution specifications for projects and target markets.
- Support go-to-market activities at project level: sales tools, specific training and launches.
- Monitor project KPIs, margins and customer satisfaction.
- Train sales teams, subsidiaries and distributors on the assigned solutions and products.
Education & Professional Experience
- We are looking for a professional with a qualification in Industrial, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or a similar field, or an advanced vocational qualification related to the knowledge described above.
- A combined technical and commercial background, or a Business Administration qualification with a technical foundation, will be valued.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles is required.
- A high level of Spanish and English is essential; French will be valued.
- Training in project management.
- Knowledge of industrial or B2B marketing and product management.
- Project methodology and experience working with partners.
- Knowledge and regular use of artificial intelligence assistants to improve productivity, work quality and professional efficiency.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP) will be valued.

Driving license required and availability to travel occasionally.
