TEAM LEADER WAREHOUSE

At Girbau, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of resources, inventory, and material flows to support production and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with service, quality, and safety objectives.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize team tasks, distributing workloads according to operational needs.
• Manage available human and material resources, optimizing their use to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor factory and warehouse inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and material availability.
• Conduct and supervise periodic inventories, particularly in automated warehouse environments.
• Manage external warehouses and branch locations, ensuring proper inventory control and material availability.
• Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring the supply of materials required for operations.
• Manage consignment stock, performing stock counts, resolving incidents, and maintaining operational relationships with suppliers.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues, proposing improvements to enhance logistics process efficiency.
• Promote a culture of safety, occupational risk prevention, and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Ensure the maintenance and proper use of warehouse equipment and assigned resources.

Education & Professional Experience

• We are looking for a professional with a Vocational Training Degree or Higher Education qualification in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields, with previous experience in warehouse management and operational team coordination. Knowledge of English will be considered an asset
• Candidates should have more than 4 years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, automated warehouses, ERP tools, and logistics management systems will be highly valued.
• Knowledge and regular use of artificial intelligence assistants to improve productivity, work quality, and professional efficiency.
