SALES SUPPORT ITALY

We are seeking a Sales Support to join the team at Girbau Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer phone calls and the general email address
  • Filter requests regarding spare parts, technical support, potential partnerships, among others
  • Main contact for the customers, updating latest news, functions and features of Girbau machines
  • Create and mantain database of potential customers
  • Organize events in the country and open house events with distributors
  • Organize platforms training sessions to ensure the Customer Experience

Education & Professional Experience

  • Educational background in Sales, Marketing, International Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    Languages: Italian, English, and Spanish (required).
