INTRALOGISTICS MANAGER

We are seeking a Intralogistics Manager to join the team at Girbau Vic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead intralogistics planning and capacity management, ensuring alignment with production and operations strategy.
• Optimize internal material flows (warehouse, plant, and inter-factory logistics), improving efficiency, costs, and traceability.
• Analyze and control intralogistics costs, defining and monitoring efficiency and profitability KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, selection, and implementation of appropriate technologies for warehousing systems and logistics flows.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of indicators in SAP Analytics, Power BI.
• Lead and develop the intralogistics team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Apply Lean methodologies and emerging technologies to automate and improve processes.
• Participate in expansion projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, procurement, and supply chain teams, participating in strategic projects such as the future factory model.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout all logistics operations.

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with a specialization in Operations.
• Additional training in Supply Chain Management, advanced logistics, or information systems applied to operational environments will be highly valued.
• Advanced level of English required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
