Adaptable & Flexible
Girbau open-pocket washers (9 to 110 kg capacities) are adaptable for use with disinfecting ozone system, as well as auxiliary electric/steam heating systems – allowing the washers to reach and hold very high water temperatures. Moreover, they are highly programmable for complete control over water temperature and levels, extract speed, number of baths, rotation action and automatic chemical injection, and more. Operators simply load, select a program number and press start.
Soft-Mount Design
Unlike hard-mount washers, Girbau washers offer an easy-to-install, freestanding design that doesn’t require reinforced concrete foundations and bolt-down. This saves thousands on installation costs and allows for simple relocation if needed.
High-Volume Tunnel Washers

New-Technology Drying
Girbau ED Dryers are engineered to safely and quickly dry laundry items without shrinkage and wrinkling. They offer several programmable phases in the drying process, as well as sophisticated control over multiple variables within those phases, including oven temperature, drum temperature, drum rotation action and G-force, timed reversing, and moisture sensing control technology. Many of these drying variables have never been offered before and most have not been programmable.

Ironing and Folding Automation
Girbau ironing and folding systems offer a variety of automation capabilities for feeding, ironing and folding flatwork bed and table linens, as well as for folding towels and blankets. The Girbau 5-in-One Compact Pro, for example is a compact machine that automatically feeds, dries, irons, folds and stacks. All Girbau ironers quickly iron items straight from the washer without dryer preconditioning.

Disinfection Monitoring Package (DMP)
In today’s world, laundry must be properly disinfected using equipment and action protocols that guarantee hygiene and safety. The Disinfection Monitoring Package (DMP) is a module that can be added to Girbau Washers. It harnesses Sapphire remote management software to automatically monitor and verify that programmed disinfection parameters are executed. Using the DMP, laundries can customize their own disinfection parameters by temperature and time and verify that those are met by cycle.
